Episode 6 - Now I have a helipad

February 06 and I still only have planning permissions for taking the house down to first floor level. The house "kit" is ordered from the builders and is arriving on March 23rd. If I don't get the house down and get the groundworks finished I am going to be in a lot of trouble. I am very worried I'm not going to make this.

Moving to Scotland from Manchester

On December the 18th 2008 we left our jobs and moved to Scotland to start building our house. Leaving Odyssey Interactive Ltd, the company I founded nearly 13 years ago was very difficult, but the excitement of being able to design and build our own house keeps us focused. Introduction

My name is Johnathan Briggs and over the next few months I am going to be building a new house for my family. The new house is call "Bigholm" named after the farm that it was once part of.
