February 06 and I still only have planning permissions for taking the house down to first floor level. The house "kit" is ordered from the builders and is arriving on March 23rd. If I don't get the house down and get the groundworks finished I am going to be in a lot of trouble. I am very worried I'm not going to make this.

Oh yes, kids do that. Same thing happened to me in January - I was all geared up to return to work after having a baby. Said baby had place booked at nursery. He managed one hour - one hour! - and then his chicken pox made themselves known. Pah.
Seriously though, you're already tired and fed up? Eek! You might need a little more stamina... please tell me you're not actually planning on building this whole house yourself...
