Hope you are applying all the principles of an eco-build - whats with the fire????? save all that wood! I'm sure you can reuse - especially those rafters.
I can't believe you're demolishing your own house!! Hard work, you say... well... um... yes. A hell of a lot more where that came from. Kudos to you though. Although you are clearly insane. :)
